Wedding Day Management

For couples who have already planned their wedding, but
want the reassurance of an experienced planner to be on call in the lead up to,

and on-site to bring together the final and finer details to ensure the day runs smoothly.
We will meet with you a few weeks before your wedding date to finalize the timeline,
walk through the decor brief and layouts, liaise with your suppliers and identify any last-
minute tasks to be undertaken.
On the day itself, we will be on-hand from the time the venue opens till the end of
your event, to oversee the set up of your ceremony and reception sites, coordinate
the running of the day to ensure things runs smoothly and on- schedule, and
troubleshoot any unexpected eventualities on your behalf, allowing you to relax and
enjoy the day with your guests.
